Chris has played with many national and international orchestras including NYWO, NSSO, ESO, and RCMJD Symphony orchestras, playing both in the UK and abroad.
He learnt at the RCMJD under Nicolas Bricht, Katherine Bicknall, and Professor Simon Channing.
Chris has won numerous awards and competitions, and been a finalist of Gregynyog, Royal Philharmonic Society, and BBC Young Musician Competitions
As a teacher of both classical and jazz styles, many have commented on Chris' confident yet relaxed teaching style, explaining complicated techniques and intrique musical nuance in an easy-to-understand manner. He has worked well with students of all ages and abilities and is happy to teach from home, creating a relaxed and comfortable working environment. |
