Additional Info:	I graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Music in 2004 and received the Alexander Stone Award for Outstanding Achievement. I work as a freelance flautist and teacher and enjoy a busy and varied career. I teach pupils of all ages and abilities, both privately and in schools, and have pupils who play in some of the country's top youth orchestras and bands. I also direct a number of ensembles. I hold the position of Principal Flute with the Glasgow Sinfonia and am also in demand as a session musician, soloist and wedding flautist. I love all styles of music including classical and Scottish and Irish Traditional and also guest with the Marco Cafolla Jazzz Trio. In addition to this I also have successful flute and harp and flute and guitar duos and direct and play in the wind quintet, Quintessential.
Fees:	£ 24.00 Pounds Per Hour I offer a free trial lesson and teach either half or full hour lessons depending on age and ability. My aim is to make playing and instrument as enjoyable and rewarding as possible! Many of my pupils choose to sit ABRSM music exams and my opass rate for pupils is 100%. As a trained pianist I can prepare pupisl for aural tests and accompany pupils. I also teach music theory.
